Apolis' chamomile blossoms brew a mellow, flowery cup that is pleasantly bright with notes of pineapple. The aftertaste sticks with you and has a honey-like sweetness.
Even though it is from Croatia, this tea is actually known as "German chamomile". It is one of two species used for herbal teas, the other being Roman or English chamomile.
