Classic Old Country flavors like paprika, garlic, marjoram and the rich aroma of smoke are reminiscent of Polish cooking's hearty flavors.

This Milwaukee Avenue Smokehouse Rub is smoky, sweet, and replete with marjoram, garlic, black pepper, and paprika. Apply it Chicago-style that is to say, liberally to burgers, steaks, chops, and jerky. Don't tell your Polish babcia, but it is also great on tofu and veggie burgers.

Ingredients: Hickory smoke salt (salt, smoke flavor, silicon dioxide), paprika, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, hickory smoke powder (maltodextrin, smoke flavor, silicon dioxide), marjoram, cardamom.
