A big hit of fresh vanilla and a hint of cardamom and cassia cinnamon come together in this beloved Spiced Vanilla Sugar blend. Amazing in snickerdoodles, on oatmeal, or just sprinkled on buttered toast.

The blend—created by the founder of the Spice House—begins with premium small-batch vanilla sugar, to which they add freshly ground Vietnamese Saigon cinnamon and a small amount of aromatic ground Indian cardamom. This flavored sugar blend is perfect in tea and reminiscent of the Middle Eastern tradition of flavoring coffee with cardamom.
