Woon Mama's Way Hot Sauce

Woon Kitchen created this new recipe from scratch, meaning a clean label, better flavor and is now gluten free and vegan!!

Growing up, Mama Fong added chili garlic sauce and white vinegar to the folks at Woon Kitchen's Woon noodles. From this recipe, they created a sauce which embodies the two ingredients. It features a fermented Fresno pepper mash, vinegar, and garlic for a very bright and flavorful hot sauce.

It can be used it on everything from Woon noodle dishes and Mama’s Five Spice Chicken Wings to eggs, avocado toast, pizza, soups, tacos, and pretty much anything.

Ingredients: Fresno Pepper Mash (Fresno Peppers, Salt), Water, Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Minced Garlic, and Xantham Gum.
