To make your own, slather butter or olive oil generously on Italian bread sliced lengthwise, shake on some of this seasoning, then bake.

The Taylor Street Garlic & Herb seasoning is named for a Chicago neighborhood with a long history of Italian campanilismo, or "sense of place." That feeling remains to this day in the many bakeries, pizzerias and delicatessens who flourish there.
