Lakeshore Shallot & Herb Seasoning

Inspired by the glorious green foliage along the shores of Lake Michigan, our Lake Shore Drive Shallot & Herb Seasoning includes chives, scallions, green peppercorns, and shallots. It adds an elegant but bold finish to fish, omelettes, and vegetables.

To emulate the elegance and sophistication of Chicago’s famous Lake Shore Drive, Spice House began with hand-grated freeze-dried shallots, powdered green peppercorns, and chives, while the garlic, onion, and salt give this blend an all-purpose versatility.

Ingredients: Salt, shallots, onion, garlic, chives, pepper.
